Melin’s career in clinical bodywork therapy began over 19 years ago. He specializes in sports related therapies and has helped hundreds of NBA, NFL, MLB, and amateur athletes regain mobility and rehabilitate new and old injuries.

Bodywork for Youth Athletes
In 2009 Mel opened Neuromuscular Performance Therapy, Inc. (NPT) with a twofold goal of not only providing bodywork services for professional athletes, but bringing these services to underserved youth across the country. For the past 13 years, Melin has performed thousands of hours of pro-bono bodywork services for youth athletes while volunteering for the Chicago White Sox Travel Ball Youth Group and Sandlot Foundation, as well as the Mac Irvin Fire, and the AAU-Nike Travel Ball Circuit.
